1 Definitions and Explanations

The meanings of some important terms used in these Terms are clarified below:

• "Platform" — The skbaji website and all services, games, betting options and features under it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on skbaji or is using the platform.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

3 Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

• If any irregular or suspicious transaction is identified, we reserve the right to suspend the transaction pending investigation.
• In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, the account will be suspended immediately.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw this bonus. That means you must wager 25 times the total bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Completing the specified wagering requirement before withdrawing any winnings from a bonus is mandatory. There is a set time limit to meet the wagering requirement; if the time limit passes, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.

4.3 VIP Program

The skbaji VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, arbitrage betting or system manipulation — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled and the account will be closed.
